Keenan's loft spans the entire top floor. He needs the space because, his advisors--Niall and Tavish--and various Summer Girls also call the loft home, especially in the colder months. Keenan has moved all over the globe searching for the Summer Queen. In each place, he has found a suitable building and had portions of the interior remodeled with the illusion of the forest.
