Rath and Ruins is a fey-only club by the riverside. Like other fey-only locations, there's a natural barrier that protects it from mortal intrusion. Keenan retreats here to be among his fey. If mortals approach, the doormen sends on them on their way--away from the Summer Girls spinning across the dance floor, away from the Summer King's court, away from the oft present members of the other courts. Of course, without the Second Sight, a mortal might simply think the patrons are just like us, albeit a bit less civilized. They'd be wrong.
